Dolmades (grape leaves stuffed with meat)

Dolmades (grape leaves stuffed with meat) is one of the first thing that comes to mind, when I think of Greek food. These grape leaves are generally vegetarian, but you can add ground beef for special occasions.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams pork mince
- 1 cup rise
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 2 ripe onion
- 1 bunch parsley
- a few mint leaves
- 1 cup olive oil
- salt and peper
Cooking directions:
- Blanch the wine leaves. Put in a pan ½ cup of oil.
- Add the onion, the minced meat and saute.
- Add to this, finely chopped herbs, the tomatoes, the rise, the salt and pepper.
- Place 1 tbs of the filling on each leaf, roll it up and arrange the rolls in the pan in two or three layers.
- Put the water and oil and cover the rolls with a plate.
- Place the pan on a medium heat and cook for about ¾ hour.
