Snails fried in oil, with vinegar and rosemary may sound strange, but they are delicious and very easy to make. This ingredients give the fried snails a uniquely Greek flavor.
Ingredients:
- snails
- olive oil
- vinegar
- rosemary leaves
Cooking directions:
- Fried in olive oil in a shallow pan.
- Finished with vinegar and rosemary leaves.
- Served as starter.
